Mindfit Hypnosis How Often should I listen to the Hypnotic MP3?

You can listen as often as you like, however the following schedule is suggested

1st Week = 3-4 times
2nd Week = 2-4 times
3rd Week = 1-3 times
1-2 times a week thereafter until 3 weeks after the desired results have been obtained

If you have more than one session you can listen to both during the same period or use one at a time it is up to your own preferences. The more you use Hypnosis to change, the quicker subsequent results from further sessions will occur.

Do I need to use Headphones?
No. You can listen to the session without the use of headphones ... However in order to get the effects of the Binaural Music, headphones are required (Binaural Beats is a Stereo effect)

NB There is no evidence at all you can hear or have an effect using Hypnosis while you are asleep! You can listen and then drift off to sleep ignoring the wake up procedure, but it is best to make listening to the sessions a conscious function of your day.

Mindfit Hypnosis How do I convert the MP3 into a CD?

With all operating systems a standard music player is included. More often than not the Music or MP3 player will also burn music onto a CD.
